CTC Engineering is hired to support the expansion of a process building and an associated warehouse in a facility that produces feed-grade amino acids by fermentation of an organism using dextrose. CTC will be provided detailed plans, engineering, and specifications required to construct the expansion while keeping downtime to a minimum.
Due to the nature of the project, several systems and processes are involved such as: blending, bulk material handling, compressed air, steam and condensate, drying, dust collection, encapsulation, explosion venting, heat exchange systems, mechanical conveying, packaging, pneumatic conveying, power distribution, and storage./p>
